1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "z877" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the z877 online gaming platform, accessible at https://z877.bet, operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the z877 platform in any capacity.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and z877.

3 Eligibility

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) Account on the z877 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. z877 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and control, which will serve as your primary contact address for all Account-related communications from z877.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z877 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify z877 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
• z877 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login page at https://z877.bet.
• Account usernames may not impersonate other persons, contain offensive language, or include personal information such as full names or identification numbers.

z877 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the z877 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. z877 supports the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits. Deposits are credited to your z877 Wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the cashier page. z877 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review prior to processing. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. z877 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are not permitted unless the applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• z877 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions, z877 may freeze your Wallet and suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• z877 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network disruptions affecting GCash, Maya, or other payment providers.
• Chargebacks initiated by Players without prior notification to z877 customer support will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

z877 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your Wallet as Bonus Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, Wagering Requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited, after which unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your Wallet.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• z877 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that existing Wagering Requirements in progress at the time of termination will be honored for a reasonable period.
• Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting loopholes, using automated tools, or coordinating with others to generate artificial wagering volume — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account reviewed for possible suspension.
• z877 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any specific promotion at its sole discretion.

7 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games and betting markets available on the z877 platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

z877 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed under technical error conditions, including but not limited to software malfunctions, display errors, incorrect odds resulting from data feed errors, or connectivity failures. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after acceptance, except where explicitly permitted by a specific game's rules.

• Collusion between Players, match-fixing, use of automated betting software ("bots"), and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the z877 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Wallet balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on z877, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Using the z877 platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your Account.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication directed at z877 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the z877 platform, including other Players' Accounts, administrative systems, or backend infrastructure.
• Using the platform while knowingly subject to a PAGCOR self-exclusion order or any court-ordered prohibition on gambling.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Services.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, z877 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions in internet connectivity.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or promotional entitlements resulting from Account termination for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

z877's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Suspension

z877 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published on the platform.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• A reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or notification from a PAGCOR self-exclusion registry.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring Account closure or fund freezing.

Upon termination for breach, z877 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds, void unsettled wagers, and withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation. Where termination is not the result of a breach, any confirmed Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via an approved payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting z877 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed after all pending wagers are settled and any outstanding withdrawal requests are fulfilled.

13 Amendments

z877 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a dispute between a Player and z877 arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally through the z877 customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities, the Player may also lodge a complaint with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits a Player's right to seek recourse through applicable Philippine consumer protection or regulatory frameworks.
